our calling

The Bible in Matthew 25:36-40 tells us that when we help people in need, like giving clothes to those without, visiting the sick, and assisting those in trouble, it's like we're helping Jesus himself. It means our main purpose is to love and help others without expecting anything in return. When we show kindness, even to those who might seem less important, it's like we're showing love to Jesus. Similarly, Jeremiah 1:10 says we should work towards making the world a better place. This involves getting rid of things that are harmful and unjust, and instead, planting seeds of love, compassion, and doing what is right. So, our calling is not just to care for others but also to make positive changes in the world.

These verses guide us to live a life of purpose, actively participating in the well-being of others and contributing to the growth of a just and compassionate society.
